Montana small business owners will receive a special presentation next week.  The Peer-to-Peer Innovative Montana Symposium will be held in Billings on July 13-14.

It will stand to instill useful business tools and provide ample networking opportunities.  Goldie Box founder Debbie Sterling will be one individual to give some of those useful tips.

This event is hosted by Montana Governor Steve Bullock.  It was established by The Main Street Montana Project.

As Goldie Box CEO, Sterling runs a company that works towards developing toys that encourage girls to pursue an interest in engineering, science, math, and technology.  She founded the organization in 2012.

Prior to starting GoldieBlox, Sterling was the Marketing Director at Lori Bonn.  She also consults major companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile on brand strategy.

Sterling has been named TIME's Person of the Moment and one of 30 Women Who Are Changing the World by Business Insider.  She holds a degree in engineering from Stanford University and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
