One of the world's top futurists is giving the keynote address at the Milwaukee Jewish Federation's Economic Forum this month.  On October 27th, Vivek Wadhwa speaks at the event.

The forum runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Pfister Hotel.  Following Wadhwa's speech, there is a panel of Milwaukee business leaders who will take the stage.

Wadhwa is a voice who speaks on globalization, technology trends and U.S. competitiveness.  He leads research efforts at Singularity University. 

Wadhwa serves as a professor at Duke University, Carnegie Mellon University and Stanford Law School.  He writes a column that is syndicated throughout the world by The Washington Post. 

In 2012, Wadhwa's book, "The Immigrant Exodus: Why America Is Losing the Global Race to Capture Entrepreneurial Talent", was named Book of the Year by The Economist.  The following year he was named to Time's list of the most influential names in tech.
