Frontier Health Foundation Names Actress Ashley Judd Keynote Speaker for Gala

Actress Ashley Judd is more than just a big screen star. She is also a tireless advocate for mental health awareness among other important issues.
This November, Judd is the keynote speaker at the Frontier Health Foundation's inaugural gala, Stigma Stops Now. The gala will be held on November 4th at the Millennium Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.
The Frontier Health Foundation works towards sustainable mental health solutions as well as addiction and intellectual disability services. Individual tickets to attend Stigma Stops Now begin at $100, but a variety of sponsorship packages are also available.
Judd is an Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actress. Her career spans over two decades since her film debut in 1993's "Ruby in Paradise".
That performance garnered Judd some acclaim right off the bat as she won a Chicago Film Critics Association and Independent Spirit.Award. More recently she was recognized for her role in the 2012 television series "Missing" with a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in Miniseries or Movie.
Judd is active politically through her various humanitarian efforts. In 2010, she received a one-year, mid-career master's degree in public administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
