Former Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchens CEO Cheryl Bachelder Speaks at Live2Lead

The Live2Lead leadership symposium recently provided great practical information for people in Harker Heights, Texas. One of the powerful presentations was delivered by former Popeye's Louisiana Kitchens CEO Cheryl Bachelder. 

The event took place on January 24th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harker Heights Activities Center in the Stewart C. Meyer Public Library. Speakers and activities were set up by the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce and local resident Jim Crothers. 

Individual tickets to attend were $40 and tables of eight were $300. Other top names like financial analyst Dave Ramsey and leadership expert John C. Maxwell also spoke. 

Bachelder became the CEO of Popeye's in 2007. She led the company to tremendous growth after establishing a Road Map for Results. 

In 2015, Bachelder talked about her experiences with the company with the book, "Dare to Serve - How to drive superior results by serving others." While she no longer serves as CEO, she continues to play an active role with Popeye's as a member of the board of directors. 

Bachelder previously worked at companies like Yum! Brands, Domino's Pizza, RJR Nabisco, The Gillette Company and The Procter & Gamble Company. She holds two degrees from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
