FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler Named Keynote Speaker at The INCOMPAS Show

INCOMPAS is bringing in a high-profile speaker for their conference.  Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler will keynote The INCOMPAS Show in April. 

The show runs April 10-13 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in Washington D.C.  Wheeler will give his presentation on April 11th at 4 p.m.

Early registration for members cost $699 and $899 for non-members.  There are also single-day passes that run $399 and $599 respectively.  

Wheeler was appointed Chairman of the FCC in November of 2013.  Prior to assuming his post at the FCC, he had a lengthy career in the telecommunications industry.

Most recently, Wheeler was an executive at Core Capital Partners.  From 1992-2004, he was CEO of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association.

Wheeler is the only person to be inducted into both the Wireless Hall of Fame and Cable Television Hall of Fame.  Cablevision magazine named him one of the 20 Most Influential People in the first 20 years of cable.
