Duck Dynasty Matriarch Kay Robertson Named Keynote Speaker for UFW Women's Conference

Season nine of the A&E series Duck Dynasty is underway and growing strong.  With every passing episode, members of the show's starring family, the Robertsons, just continue to grow in popularity.

Matriarch Kay Robertson was recently tapped to be the keynote speaker at an event right in their hometown of West Monroe, Louisiana.  Robertson will speak at The United Fellowship of Women's Conference Brunch on January 30th.

The mentoring event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the West Monroe Convention Center.  Tickets for the day are $20.  

Robertson has been prominently featured on each season of Duck Dynasty as the wife of show star Phil Robertson.  The series follows the colorful family as they run their Duck Commander business. 

The Robertsons have four sons and 14 grandchildren.  Kay has capitalized off the notoriety of the family with her cookbook, "Miss Kay's Duck Commander Kitchen: Faith, Family, and Food Bringing Our Home to Your Table. 

She has also published a children's book, "D is For Duck Calls".  Robertson is currently in the works on bringing some of her culinary creations to the masses in West Monroe with the opening of Miss Kay's Sweets and Eats bakery.
