CNN Contributor Bakari Sellers Named Featured Speaker for Methodist Church Breakfast

Bakari Sellers is one of the best known political experts in the country. Sellers will speak at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church's Unity Breakfast on Saturday.
The breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. Sellers' speech will be held in the main church sanctuary while a full-course breakfast will be sold in the fellowship hall.
The event is free and open to the public with breakfast costing $7. Sellers is expected to talk about his unique place in political history.
Sellers served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2006 to 2014 and were the youngest elected official in the country. In 2014, he ran for lieutenant governor in the state.
Last year, Sellers joined CNN as a contributor on legal matter, politics, and race. He has also been an attorney with Strom Law Firm since 2007.
Sellers received his bachelor's degree at Morehouse College. While at Morehouse, he was elected Student Government Association President and served on the school's Board of Trustees.
