As a busy working actress and mom, Alison Sweeney knows about juggling responsibilities.  Sweeney will share some of her stories this Saturday at the Working Women's Survival Show in St. Louis, Missouri.

The show starts today at the St. Charles Convention Center and runs through Sunday.  Sweeney will speak at the event at 3 p.m. tomorrow afternoon.

Regular tickets for adults cost $9.50 while a two-day pass to attend runs $13.00.  In addition to Sweeney's presentation, there are various exhibitors, makeovers, fitness demonstrations, and fashion shows.

Sweeney left two programs she shared long associations within 2015.  She played the character Sami Brady on the NBC daytime soap opera "Days of Our Lives" for 22 years and was also the host of "The Biggest Loser" from 2007-2015.

For her role on Days, Sweeney received a Daytime Emmy nomination and four Soap Opera Digest Awards.  She also won a fan-voted Daytime Emmy for "America's Favorite Villain" in 2002.

While not on screen as much anymore, Sweeney stays active.  Her third novel is being published this April and she is an executive producer for films on the Hallmark Channel as well as directing several episodes of the soap, "General Hospital".
