Actor Joshua Malina Speaks at Northwestern Hillel

Last week, actor Joshua Malina had a very special speaking engagement at Northwestern Hillel.  He spoke to students at Cahn Auditorium on November 1st. 

Malina was interviewed during the presentation by senior from the communications school.  He was able to discuss his acting career in depth. 

There were also more serious matters discussed.  Most interestingly, Malina talked about his role in politics as being a celebrity. 

Malina is particularly known for some of his high-profile roles in television.  He has starred on shows like "The West Wing" and "Sports Night".  

Currently, Malina plays the role of David Rosen on the hit ABC series, "Scandal."  His acting career got off to a unique start, playing a small role opposite Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men."  

In addition to his acting work, Malina is the co-creator and producer of "Celebrity Poker Showdown."  He also co-hosts a podcast titled, "The West Wing Weekly."
